An Overview of the Process
VIA currently has a large booking of new food trailers scheduled for weekly completion now through March. The sizes start at 7.5 x 12 (our smallest stock model), 8.5 x 14, 16, 18, 20, 22, and 24′ models. Anything larger would need to be custom ordered, with lead times typically at 12 weeks – note that is just for the Al Fresco shell.

We are typically overwhelmed with food trailer orders in the spring, so ordering now will guarantee your completion date and allow adequate shop time to customize your new business venture.
